The five peppermint and two spearmint
varieties were improved lines of existing commercial varieties.
The two patented mints produce unique essential oils used for
the flavor and fragrance industry.
The five new lavender varieties develop from true lavender,
Lavandula angustifolia (officinalis), produce oils free of
camphor and have unique classic lavender notes.
Our slow bolting coriander is used to extract cilantro oil for
flavor. The dill line we developed is now the dominant variety
grown to produce oil for dill flavors.
Premier Botanicals Ltd. current research continues in flavors
and fragrance materials, but also is directed toward natural
fungicides, and preservatives. |
